Growing Libraries Announces Version 1.03 Release with Advanced Campaign Scheduling and Enhanced Community Mapping Tools.

Dover, DE – May 19th, 2026. Growing Libraries today announced the release of Version 1.03 of its Community Insight™ platform, introducing new capabilities designed to help public libraries plan outreach more strategically and better understand their communities geographically.
The latest release delivers two major new features aimed at improving campaign planning and community visibility.

Schedule Outreach Campaigns in Advance
Libraries can now schedule outreach campaigns for future delivery dates directly within the platform. This new functionality allows staff to prepare campaigns ahead of time and align communications with key programming dates, seasonal initiatives, and strategic outreach efforts.
Whether promoting Summer Reading, story times, new resident campaigns, community events, or targeted engagement initiatives, libraries can now build campaigns in advance and confidently schedule deployment for the most effective moment.
This enhancement supports more efficient workflows for busy library teams while enabling better long-term marketing and community engagement planning.

Enhanced Mapping with Community Landmark Pins
Version 1.03 also introduces enhanced map annotation tools that allow libraries to add custom pins and markers to map views within the platform.
Libraries can now visually overlay important community landmarks — including library branches, parks, schools, museums, community centres, transport hubs, and other local destinations — directly onto demographic and outreach maps.
This added geographic context helps libraries better understand where target audiences live in relation to key community locations and supports more informed strategic planning, event targeting, outreach decisions, and service development.
By combining demographic insight with local geographic awareness, libraries can make smarter decisions about where and how to engage both cardholders and non-cardholders within their service area.
