Growing Libraries welcomes Brendan Pearce, as Vice President of Business Development.

Dover, DE – January 5, 2026 – Growing Libraries is pleased to announce the appointment of Brendan Pearce as Vice President of Business Development, leading our growth in the U.S. public library market. Brendan brings more than 20 years of sales leadership experience, with a strong track record of building impactful partnerships in public libraries and delivering successful go-to-market strategies across multiple regions.

Brendan joins Growing Libraries from Springshare, where he served as Business Development Director and helped expand the Patron Point business throughout the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. Prior to Patron Point, Brendan spent over a decade with collectionHQ as Senior Business Development Manager, growing the business across the U.S., Canada, U.K., and EU.

Throughout his career, Brendan has been recognized for his results-driven approach and his commitment to go above and beyond in supporting both partners and colleagues.

“I’ve spent more than 15 years working with public libraries, and I’m deeply passionate about supporting the important role they play in their communities,” Brendan said. “I’m thrilled to join Growing Libraries and help libraries leverage game-changing, data-driven tools to understand their communities and expand their reach through targeted marketing.
