A free, five-part video training series designed to help public libraries better understand who they serve, identify who they are not reaching, and develop measurable strategies for community growth.
Each video combines practical guidance, examples and exercises that library teams can apply within their own communities.
There is a short, multiple choice quiz following the videos and a tutorial certificate is available for those who complete the series.

Each video is around 10 minutes long. Each topic builds on the previous one so the series should be watched in order.
You can access the video series on Niche Academy.
